of the Croatian rivers is 3 but it grows to up 4 to for the rivers
Dobra and Una.
Rafting is very popular on river Cetina, but the best place for
navigating through the rapids and canyons is Karlovac, as in it's
vicinity three rivers are crossing each other within few miles, there
are various ways from which you can start your rafting tour. If you
choose to navigate the rivers around Karlovac, your first trip should
be a river Kupa. This river runs through the National Park Risnjak,

level of Kupa is high enough for rafting only in spring.
The second trip should be on river Dobra, the first river in Croatia
with commercial rafting trip. Its rapids, surrounded by lush forests
and mountains, are among most popular.

for rafting only in springtime or after strong rains.
River Dobra characteristic by its surface and underground flow, offers
first class rafting conditions at all times because its dams and
accumulation lakes provide a sufficient water flow.
River Mrežnica has plenty of waterfalls, but between them water flows
calmly. Rafting throughout the upper part of the river includes
canyoning elements.
River Korana starts from Plitvice lakes. After strong rains and

especially attractive for rafting.
River Una is the river which creates natural border between Croatia
and Bosnia, offers excellent rafting conditions especially downstream
of 20 meter high waterfall Štrbački buk.

Upper part of river Krka flows through National Park Krka. Rafing is
