Rafting is very popular on river Cetina, but the best place for navigating through the rapids and canyons is Karlovac, as in it's vicinity three rivers are crossing each other within few miles, there are various ways from which you can start your rafting tour. If you choose to navigate the rivers around Karlovac, your first trip should be a river Kupa. This river runs through the National Park Risnjak, with this tour you will see almost whole park. Unfortunately, water level of Kupa is high enough for rafting only in spring.
The second trip should be on river Dobra, the first river in Croatia with commercial rafting trip. Its rapids, surrounded by lush forests and mountains, are among most popular.
